Cultural Chemistry is a young human resources consulting organization that is committed to leading the way in social responsible human resource management at small and mid-size business right here in New Hampshire. Cultural Chemistry’s culture is focused on social responsibility and being an engaged corporate citizen. As part of our commitment to constantly improve the Human Resource Management field, we are now working on revolutionizing the HR Audit Process. The goal is to reduce the cost of HR Audits, and improve the quality of the audit.

Who are you?

You are a student who is enrolled in a HR or Employment Law program at a college or university. You want to be part of a new movement, and you want to take control and see how start-ups make things happen right here in Manchester. You are looking to bring your knowledge from the classroom into the workplace and see how the workplace and your learned theories can work together. You are bright, a fighter and reliable.

What we have to offer:

An internship  were you work on a new software tool, that will support both the in-house HR manager staying compliant , as well as the HR Consultant who provides HR Audits  for their clients. You will be managed by our founder Mirjam IJtsma and work with our software partners. You work in the Millyard at times that are convenient for you, and with a team of students and professionals who are all passionate about what they do.  When you don’t mind that we might bring our dog to work, provide you with food and drinks and are ready to do something amazing in our industry, then we are looking for you.
