Finding and hiring the right people is critical to your success
As much discussion as presentation come and find out hat you can do to find, hire, and keep the best candidates. The program will
be structured around these four thoughts:
1. Understanding what you need
2. Source the right candidate
3. Select during an interview and with a job application form
4. Hire – make sure that hire stays
This session will include short topical presentations and lots of discussion.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
All Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
If you have employment needs or expect to be hiring in the near future, this session could save you needless hiring cycles looking for someone who “sticks.”
